Do You Think An Audi S3 Can Hold A Candle Against The AMG A35 On A Drag Strip?
Sam from ‘Sam CarLegion’ uploaded a video of an Audi S3 taking on a Mercedes-AMG A35 on his YouTube channel. Both the cars feature a four-pot turbo engine and an all-wheel-drive system, but the A35 is slightly more powerful on paper. Do you think this will play a role in the end result, or will the S3 be able to take down the A35?
Mansory and MTM Give The Lamborghini Urus Bugatti Power
Lamborghini is known for building supercars. But, with 650 horsepower under the hood, its Urus SUV is not exactly supercar material. Think for example about cars like: Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat (710 horsepower), Jeep Cherokee Trackhawk (707 horsepower) or Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid (670 horsepower).
The guys over MTM, in collaboration with Mansory, came to fix this problem!

So, they’ve upgraded their sleigh to an Audi RS6 Avant that’s been tuned to make 800 reindeer; err., I mean 800 horses. They tried the same with a tuned Porsche 911 Turbo S recently, but it failed. But, the Audi RS6 Avant managed to break the record and is now officially Hennessey’s fastest Christmas tree transporter!
Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Makes a Strong Case For Manual Cars At The Autobahn
The Porsche 911 GT3 is the ultimate, normally-aspirated 911 and the YouTube channel AutoTopNL recently got its hands on a 992 GT3 Touring – the more street-oriented, “less shouty” version of the normally-aspirated track weapon, without the crazy aero. And while race tracks are the home of the GT3, here, we see how capable the wingless version is, on the Autobahn. Is the “purest 911” capable enough, in the age of turbocharged performance cars?

2021 Is the Last Year For Some Very Cool Cars
Tens of models came to the end of their production cycle at the end of the last year, and 2022 will be no different. As automakers start to roll out their new model year products in anticipation of the next few months, other models will be signing off. The reasons vary from the electrification of variants to the release of new generations. Regardless, these models seem to have become obsolete, though their discontinuation will probably increase their popularity as the perception of rarity creeps in.
Daniel Radcliffe Drops The Broom For An Apocalypse 6x6
For almost ten years - from 2001 to 2011 - when the first and last series of the movie was released, Daniel Radcliffe’s (aka Harry Potter) means of transportation was the broom. Things changed over the years, and the kid is now a man. And so is his toy: the broom evolved into the Apocalypse 6x6. At least in the last movie staring Daniel Radcliffe: "The Lost City."

Christmas day is literally three days away, and if you haven’t set up your Christmas trees yet, then you’re in a lot of trouble. Fortunately, there are ways to get a tree up and standing in your living rooms in no time. You can buy a plastic one in Walmart and set that one up, or you can go to a Lowe’s and get a natural one. If you decide on doing the latter, John Hennessey of Hennessey Performance has a suggestion on how to buy one quickly and transport it at 174 mph.
How Do You Make the World’s Fastest Christmas Tree? Strap It on Top of a Hennessey-Tuned Jeep!
Some years ago Cadillac tied a Christmas tree to the roof of a CTS-V Wagon to perform a holiday burnout. Six years later, Hennessey Performance tied a tree to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk to give us the world’s fastest Christmas tree. Sort of.
If you haven’t seen a Christmas tree run at 181 mph, this is the video you need to watch.
Toyota Is Right On Their Stance Towards Electric Vehicles
Toyota Motor Corporation has been slow to adopt electric vehicles (EVs). As a matter of fact, it was only a few weeks ago when the Japanese automaker decided to unveil a plethora of EVs. To make matters even more interesting, Toyota, along with Volkswagen, did not sign the Glasgow Declaration on Zero Emission Cars and Vans, which aims to put an end to fossil-fuel cars by 2040.
Celebrate Christmas With These Cool, Vintage Car Ads
The automotive industry has evolved dramatically over the past 50 years. Modern cars are more practical, efficient, and comfortable, and come with better technology. As the cars evolved, so did the advertising industry. Gone are the day when automakers created prints and posters to promote their latest products, now being replaced by high-resolution video ads for massive television and internet campaigns. With Christmas being one of the most important celebrations of the year, it’s around this time that most companies launch expensive publicity stunts.
This has been the case since the early days of the automobile, but instead of computer-generated footage made with big budgets, car makers used print ads to bring customers into dealerships. It might seem old-fashioned nowadays, but some of these old ads were quite inspiring and attractive. Naturally, some weren’t very good, but that’s the beauty of marketing. Sometimes you succeed and sometimes you fail with a bang. For this Christmas, I selected a few of the most interesting vintage car ads for a trip down the memory lane that goes as far as the 1930s.
Check them out below and let me know which ones you like the most in the comments box. Also, feel free to post the ads that you feel I should have included in this list. Have a merry automotive Christmas!
