The Porsche Vision Gran Turismo Is The German Marque’s Very First Virtual Only Race Car
Made exclusively for Gran Turismo 7 coming early next year, the Vision GT showcases design elements of future Porsches

The automaker collaborated with Polyphony Digital and sure has gotten fans of the racing franchise excited with this latest teaser of this concept.
Overview
Now, Porsche and Polyphony Digital have had a partnership since 2017, for the Gran Turismo simulator. Come spring next year, the game will finally be out on March 22. The Germans have now created a unique car, dubbed Porsche Vision Gran Turismo exclusively for the game.
Unlike most high-performance electric vehicles on the market today, Porsche did not simply place a body on top of a battery pack; rather, they used the newfound freedom of e-car Architecture to create a truly unique-looking Porsche, unlike anything you’ve seen before.
The Future Of Porsche Design
Free from the constraints of mass production and manufacturing, Porsche seized the opportunity to give designers complete creative freedom in order to fulfill their vision of an utterly unforgiving electric supercar of the future.
You don’t really have to be an expert in automotive design to spot the unusually low-slung hood and pronounced fenders. The front-end uses stylistic elements from the Taycan, while the rear immediately reminds us of the Porsche Mission R concept that we saw recently back in September. Finally, a blend of titanium and carbon was used, which is unsurprising for a track-focused supercar.

Sustainable Materials Even In A Virtual Cockpit
The inside is just as spectacular. You’re greeted with a curved hologram display and a close-fitting and very low seating position may be found in the cockpit, which can be reached via the hinged front end.
Although the Gran Turismo concept is the very first virtual supercar, Porsche emphasizes the use of carefully considered materials on the interior. Carbon and titanium predominate in the cockpit, the upholstery is vegan, and the instrument panel is a concave plastic surface with holograms.
