Brooks from ’DragTimes’ brought a Lamborghini Huracan EVO to the drag strip to take on the Ferrari F8 Tributo. Both these cars have a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and have rear-wheel-drive layouts, and weigh pretty much the same. However, one is a naturally aspirated V-10 and the other a twin-turbo V-8. Which car do you think will take the wins here?

In the first race, the Lambo’s driver had an insanely good reaction time and was quicker off the line. The Ferrari, however, zoomed past it soon and went on to win the race. The Lamborghini Huracan took 11.256 seconds at 129.22 mph to complete the quarter-mile race, whereas the Ferrari F8 Tributo did it in 10.417 seconds at 136.65 mph.

In the second race, the Huracan EVO had an even better launch this time. If you watch the video in slo-mo, you’ll see that the Lamborghini kind of jumped the line; but by the smallest of margins. The Ferrari’s driver was even slower to react this time. The Lamborghini reached the finish line .03 seconds quicker than the Ferrari to squeeze the win, but if you go purely by numbers, the Ferrari beat the Lamborghini again. The F8 Tributo took 10.410 seconds with a trap speed of 136.36 mph to reach the finish line, and the Huracan EVO took 11.126 seconds at 129.02 mph.

The F8 Tributo dominated the third race right from the green light. The reaction time was the best, although not as good as Brooks’ who was in the Lambo. The Ferrari finished the quarter-mile drag race in 10.386 seconds at 136.32 mph, and the Lamborghini did it in 11.461 seconds at 128.82 mph.
