Bass Pro Shop founder Johnny Morris started the Tracker Boat program back in 1978 to provide boat, motor and trailer packages for the fishing public, and I doubt that he could have dreamt of where it would be after 30-plus years of operations. The Tracker name is fairly ubiquitous in fresh-water fishing areas, and the 2015 Pro Guide V-16 T looks to be a good example of the type of package that brought Tracker into such prominence. Tracker Boats has been a part of Bass Pro Shops since 1978, when Johnny Morris, Bass Pro’s founder, decided to carry a line of boats, fully rigged and complete with motor and trailer, in the company’s catalog. Able to carry 980 pounds of people and gear, the Tracker Pro 170 is one of the latest incarnations of a boat specifically designed for fishermen whose weekend pursuits take them to America’s lakes and rivers.

The Tracker Pro Team 175 TF is fitted with all it needs to be considered the perfect compact motorboat for fishing. It comes with a lower bow deck with three carefully chosen bow seats, fore and aft aerated livewells (both with a removable bait bucket), huge storage spaces throughout, two removable, fold-flat fishing chairs with multiple locations, an optional non-skid surface and a fishfinder.

The Tracker Pro Team 175 TF is propelled by a Minn Kota Edge, 12V, 45-lb. thrust, 45" shaft foot-controlled trolling motor which delivers a maximum output of 75 hp.
