Sam from ‘Sam CarLegion’ uploaded a video of an Audi S3 taking on a Mercedes-AMG A35 on his YouTube channel. Both the cars feature a four-pot turbo engine and an all-wheel-drive system, but the A35 is slightly more powerful on paper. The folks at ‘Carwow’ brought two Ford Mustangs to the drag strip. One of them is the 760-horsepower Shelby Mustang GT500, and the other, a Clive Sutton Mustang that makes 850 horses. Can the Sutton-tuned Mustang get an easy win, or will the Shelby GT500 defy the odds and pin its rival down? Let’s find out.

Hennessey Performance was out at the Pennzoil proving grounds in Sealy, Texas once again, with their Venom 775 taking on an equally aggressive Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. Let’s look at the numbers on these two machines to see how they stack up against each other, shall we?

Edmunds recently got the chance to pit two of the most powerful stock top-tier Mustangs against each other in a series of drag races. One of them is a treat to the ears, while the other can do some pretty spectacular launches. Any guesses? Well, the answers are obvious, aren’t they?

I am of course talking about the Shelby Mustang GT 500 and the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT. The guys were at Willow Springs for this shootout. Now, let’s look at the numbers, shall we?

The folks at Carwow came up with yet another interesting mix of cars for a series of races. The contenders this time were three Porsches, namely, the 992 911 Turbo S, the 991 911 GT2 RS, and the 992 911 GT3. The Turbo S and the GT2 RS have twin turbos, unlike the naturally aspirated GT3, but only the Turbo S had an all-wheel-drive system here. With so many factors playing a role, which car do you think will come out with bragging rights?

Drag races are particularly interesting when they are between two very different cars. With this in mind, Sam CarLegion gives us another drag race between two very different Toyota products. On one side, we have the light and nimble Toyota GR Supra, while on the other, a Lexus RC-F that can best be described as a Japanese muscle car. Both cars send power to the rear axle, but that’s about all they have in common.

Tim Burton from ‘Shmee150’, popularly known as Shmee, brought two of his track machines to an airstrip for a few drag races. First up was the Lamborghini Huracan STO that featured a naturally aspirated V-10, and the other was the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series powered by a 4.0-liter, forced-induction V-8. Both these cars are quick runners, but which one do you think will win?

If you’re a regular viewer of ‘DragTimes’, you’d be aware of how fast Brooks’ McLaren 765LT is. He’s got another really quick car in his garage – a Ferrari SF90 Stradale. We’ve seen it go up against his Model S Plaid in the past, but this time, we get to see it take on the McLaren 765LT, which has been very dominant in most of the races it has competed in. Now, finally, these two cars come face-to-face for a showdown, which Brooks says is the “closest race we’ve ever had” on the channel. Which car do you think is going to win here?

This Model S Plaid takes on a highly tuned sub-nine-second Dodge Demon. Thankfully, both cars are modified. The showdown took place at Xtreme Raceway Park, down in Dallas, Texas.

The Audi RS3 was recently updated and it is a fantastic proposition overall. Audi even gave it a little more torque this time around. But, it is still not in the leagues of EVs when it comes to straight-line races. The folks at Carwow pit the Audi RS3 against a Tesla Model 3 that was nothing more than a glorified squash. The Model 3 is in a league of its own, and in this race, it proved the same by obliterating the RS3.

Hoonigan returns with another “Hoonigan vs the world” episode, where Lia Block – Ken Block’s, 14-year-old daughter races some pretty epic cars, in the Hoonicorn Mustang. This time, she’s racing a 2018 Wolf GB08 TSC-LT. One relies on power while the other on lightness. One thing both cars have in common is that both cars have conquered Pikes Peak.

It’s a new day and time for another drag race. This time, it’s the Maserati Levante GTS taking on the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S and it’s come from ‘Sam CarLegion’. When you read the specs, both the SUVs are evenly matched. The German is more powerful, but it is also much heavier, thus nullifying the power advantage. However, once they hit the drag strip, it seemed like a lopsided race. Which SUV do you think won the races?

Mat Watson and his team from ’Carwow’ got four cars to the drag strip for an all-German drag race. The contenders included the Audi RS6, the BMW M5 CS, the Mercedes-AMG E63, and the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid. All the cars feature V-8 engines and two turbochargers. The Porsche goes in the races with a slight advantage, thanks to the electric motor assisting the engine and helping it make the most horses here. But, it’s a double-edged sword as the motor and batteries make it the heaviest. Which car do you think will dominate the races?

CarWow has been synonymous with its drag racing videos on YouTube, but this time they have something different in-store. This time, two Toyota off-road vehicles are being pitted against each other, to determine, which is the better off-roader and workhorse? Moreover, both the Toyota Hilux and Toyota Land Cruiser (Prado) are not being sold on the US market, so the real question is, are you missing something?

‘Sam CarLegion’ has come up with yet another interesting drag race, this time pitting a Ford Mustang GT against a tuned Volkswagen Jetta. The Jetta makes almost as much power as the Mustang, but is significantly lighter than it. However, it is a front-wheel-drive car as opposed to the rear-wheel-drive layout on the Mustang. With so many factors working for and against it, do you think the Jetta will be able to beat the Ford Mustang GT?

Hoonigan’s YouTube channel returns with another “Hoonicorn versus the world” episode and this time it’s all on the line because the mighty Hoonicorn goes up against a Tesla Model S Plaid – the bane of many high-performance, combustion-powered vehicles. So far the Lia Block – Ken Block’s, 14-year old daughter - has been crushing it, losing only to a 2,000 horsepower Nissan GT-R. Will Tesla take another scalp or will the Hoonicorn finally put it in its place?

Accler8, recently pitted a Tesla Model S Plaid against a C8 Corvette. Yes, yes, the Plaid has been mega at the drag strip ever since it went on sale earlier this year. So, with less than 500 horses in the C8 to 1000 in the Plaid, was this even fair? Well, there’s a twist to this one. Let’s see how this pans out.

The Porsche 911 is known to be a driver’s car. Lately, we’ve seen various 911 models dominate the drag strip as well. But, is the base 911 Carrera also in the same league? Mat Watson from Carwow finds out by pitting it against the BMW M3 Competition for a series of straight-line races. The BMW makes 125 horses more than the Porsche, but it is also almost 500 pounds heavier. Which car do you think will win?

The folks at ‘The Fast Lane Truck’ conducted a drag race with not two, but five different pickup trucks. They had trucks across segments, starting from the Ford Maverick and the Hyundai Santa Cruz, to the Nissan Frontier, the Toyota Tundra, and the Ford F-150 Raptor. This wasn’t a conventional race wherein you just had all five trucks go at it together. It was more of a gauntlet match wherein the winner of a race faced a new truck in the next round and the loser got eliminated. Sounds a little like Squid Game, doesn’t it?
