You will now be able to acquire not one but five custom-made Mulsanne Grand Limousines by Mulliner. Although these cars were indeed passed over to a customer based in the UAE nearly six years ago, they have never been driven or even registered. 

If we’re being honest here, the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class was just a matter of when not if. So here it is in all its chrome-y flashiness, coming to satisfy the needs and desires of those who believe the regular S-Class simply won’t cut it.

Since it’s revival as a Mercedes-Benz sub-brand in 2015, Maybach has been selling pimped-up S-Class model. Come 2020 and Mercedes-Maybach is switching to the latest-generation S-Class, the W223. Adopting the new design and features of the brand-new S-Class, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class takes things to a whole new level in terms of luxury and comfort. Seven inches longer than the regular S-Class, the Mercedes-Maybach model basically redefined chauffeured-driven luxury and offers an alternative to Rolls-Royce and Bentley limousines.

Who thought the hard-working Ram 1500 pickup could ever challenge the likes of Rolls-Royce or Bentley? Obviously, this is not stock a Ram 1500 and while the jury is still out on the way this thing looks, it’ll catch your attention with its peculiar name first and foremost.

Meet the Aznom Palladium, an Italian coachbuilder’s take on a luxo-barge it likes to call a “hyper-limousine.” That said, bear with us for specs and whatnot.

The Cadillac Fleetwood Series 75 comes from a time when Caddy was still the epitome of luxury in the automotive world, At over $80,000 in today’s money, it was the car of choice for the upper 1% but, nowadays, you can find one for cheap which is why Brian from Turnin Rust wants to turn one of these sedated mile-chuggers into an LS-swapped, turbo monstrosity that is able to tow a camper while doing burnouts. If that sounds quite random to you, it’s because, well, it is quite random, frankly.

The LS is Lexus. Or Lexus is LS. Whichever you want to put it. The luxury sedan debuted in 1989 and marked Lexus’ entrance on the U.S. market, but it also went on to become the company’s main pillar and foundation.

Mercedes-Benz’s Guard series of armored vehicles has been the choice of many heads of state and other high-ranking state officials from around the world for many years. Currently, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier uses an S600 Guard as does India’s president, Ram Nath Kovind, but what’s surprising is that North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un, as well as other members from his staff, also use S600 limos. Before anybody started pointing fingers at Mercedes-Benz, the German automaker announced it didn’t sell the cars to the regime in Pyongyang and, furthermore, doesn’t even know how the cars got there to begin with.

Remember those awkward scenes shot during the historic U.S.-North Korea summit held in Singapore in 2018? I’m talking about the images of a fleet of Kim’s bodyguards running next to his armored Mercedes-Benz as the dictator was leaving the place of the meeting. They perplexed many, but the purpose of the whole shebang was to showcase the status of Kim as well as his elite troops that protect him known as the Guard Command. But, what Mercedes-Benz found perplexing was something else: the fact that Kim used during that visit and that he also uses back home Mercedes-Benz S600 Guard models. His father, Kim Jong Il, was also seen at times aboard armored S Class models from the W140 generation but those were acquired in a different, more transparent manner as Mercedes-Benz was open to shaking hands with North Korea back then.

Becoming an elected official is not as easy as it may seem. If you aren’t a senator but want to pass as one, there’s now the car that’ll play along perfectly, the Aurus Senat S600. It’s the civilian version of Putin’s ride, the Senat L700, and it looks like a Rolls-Royce knock-off. With a +$160,000 price tag and almost 600 horsepower from a twin-turbocharged V-8, the Senat is sure to make some waves.

Russia isn’t really the country your first think of when you’re asked to name a nation famed for building luxurious vehicles. You might think of the U.K., the native country of both Bentley and Rolls-Royce, or maybe Germany as BMW and Mercedes-Benz hail from there. But Russia has been making exquisite limousines for decades that managed to fly below anyone’s radar. That’s because the ZILs and ZIMs of the 20th century never really got exported anywhere mainly since they were built to serve the local officialdom. Now, though, the Aurus Senat looks to pierce beyond the confines of Russia and the first market that awaits for this mammoth on wheels is, obviously, China.

We’ve certainly heard of cars being powered by various types of aircraft engines, but never an airplane fuselage powered by a car engine. But, that’s exactly what is being proposed here with this Learjet limousine, a fully-functional and road legal limo built around an actual Learjet fuselage.

The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Pullman is truly luxury on wheels. This is perhaps the best the brand has done in terms of opulence to date. This car is a rare find, and we haven’t seen or heard much about it since its debut. This time, however, Shmee150 has gotten his hands on the pre-facelift S600 Pullman and has shown us what this chariot feels like from inside.

The safety of limousines has again come under fire after 20 people were killed from a horrific crash in upstate New York involving a stretch 2001 Ford Excursion limousine. The accident, which occurred over the weekend, killed two pairs of newlyweds, four sisters from one family, two brothers from another family, the limo driver, and two pedestrians. Details on how the people died are still unclear, but the aftermath of the incident has put the spotlight — yet again — on limousine safety, specifically on measures that need to be made to ensure that an accident like this doesn’t happen again.

The new presidential limousine, loosely similar in appearance to the Cadillac CT6, is finally in service and was first seen in public in New York earlier this week where the UN General Assembly gathered. It is the first new presidential limousine in almost a decade.

No other president’s means of transportation is as famous as that of the president of the United States. Commonly known as ’The Beast’. The introduction of the automobile as the president’s means of transportation didn’t happen right away, though, the first president to have a fleet being William Howard Taft in the early part of the last century.

As time went by, the limousines grew in both size and weight when it was decided that bulletproof glass and bodywork is a necessity. Nowadays, the presidential limousines, codenamed ’Stagecoach’, run on truck underpinnings and their specifications are secret.

The fact that President Donald Trump was getting a new limousine was, though, an open secret with the car having been seen testing in camouflage back in April. The previous state car, which debuted back in 2009 under President Barack Obama, was also a Cadillac-badged vehicle.

Donald Trump will officially become President of the United States of American on January 20, 2017. Love or hate him, he’ll be living in the White House and riding around in Cadillac’s latest version of the Beast.

Trump’s new ride hasn’t officially been debuted or even confirmed, but spy photographers sleuthing around GM’s Milford proving grounds this past summer captured the world’s first look at the all-new Caddy.

The car’s overall design is clearly visible through the camouflage. Cadillac’s current designs are used, including the front clip reminiscent of the new CT-6 sedan. It features a grille with three horizontal bars and Caddy’s new crest. Vertical LED headlights and flared front fenders further solidify the look. The car’s long wheelbase is an obvious change from a conventional CT-6, as is the oddly square windows and roof. The rear of the car features more Cadillac cues, including the vertical taillights.

Despite all the Cadillac detailing, this isn’t a Cadillac. If this presidential limo is anything like President Obama’s 2009 Cadillac, Trump’s car will ride on a medium-duty GM frame and might be powered by GM’s 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel V-8. Then again, the car could be riding on a modified version of the Silverado HD’s fully boxed steel frame, since GM doesn’t currently make a medium-duty truck like the TopKick of the late 2000s.

Either ways, the car will surely be filled with James Bond-like gadgets and technology, including life support to thwart bio-weapons, secure telecommunications, countermeasures for protection, and a cabin secure enough to absorb a direct impact from explosives. It’s even rumored cases of the President’s blood are carried aboard should he need an emergency transfusion. All this adds a tremendous amount of weight, hence the need for a medium-duty chassis and super huge tires. It’s no wonder Obama’s limo earned its nickname of “The Beast.”

Cadillac’s reign of providing presidential limousines dates back to 1984 when Ronald Reagan broke the long tradition of using Lincolns. The 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood featured a 17-inch stretch and a raised roof three inches taller than stock. Bulletproof glass and the extra length necessitated heavy-duty brakes, oversized tires, and an air-ride suspension system. Otherwise, the car was mostly stock.

We’d expect Trump’s ride to feature all the modern luxuries the billionaire is accustomed to. Perhaps he’ll even help pay for any personalized upgrades he’s requesting. Just don’t count on knowing anything about it – the Secret Service keep details about the president’s limo classified as top secret.
