Lamborghini is known for building supercars. But, with 650 horsepower under the hood, its Urus SUV is not exactly supercar material. In fact, we can name a few SUVs that deliver a lot more power than the Urus. Think for example about cars like: Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat (710 horsepower), Jeep Cherokee Trackhawk (707 horsepower) or Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid (670 horsepower).

Ferrari launched the F8 Tributo as the 488 GTB’s successor in 2019. It came with the 488 Pista’s drivetrain and underpinnings, but slot itself as an entry-level supercar, unlike the track-ready model. German aftermarket company Novitec quickly snapped the 2020 model year of the F8 Tributo and came out with its own iteration of it, which consisted of a body kit, new wheels, an engine tune-up, etc. Seeing the popularity, Novitec came up with one for the 2021 F8 Tributo as well.

Now, the company has come another version of the 2021 F8 Tributo called the F8 N-Largo. This limited-edition model comes with a new set of wheels, an engine upgrade, and a widebody kit.

One of the first open-top MC20 prototypes has left the gates of Maserati’s old Modena plant. They picked a different style for the car’s camouflage this time around with a blue cloud livery. I mean it is a convertible after all and this cloud theme probably signifies opening up to the blue skies.

A successor for the Aventador is right around the corner, and despite many rumors, it will continue offering a V-12 engine- it’s a hybridized engine, that’s true, but still a V-12.

Tim Burton from ‘Shmee150’, popularly known as Shmee, brought two of his track machines to an airstrip for a few drag races. Arash’s last production car was the AF10 - a hybrid supercar with a horsepower claim of 2,080 horsepower. But that was back in 2016 and nothing really happened with the supercar since then. Then, back in June 2021, Arash revealed the Imperium - an electric hypercar concept that was suppose to be a preview of the future.

There is no dearth of electric cars in the market now. We aren’t just talking about the urban commuters, but also fast electric cars. Hoonigan’s YouTube channel returns with another “Hoonicorn versus the world” episode and this time it’s all on the line because the mighty Hoonicorn goes up against a Tesla Model S Plaid – the bane of many high-performance, combustion-powered vehicles. So far the Lia Block – Ken Block’s, 14-year old daughter - has been crushing it, losing only to a 2,000 horsepower Nissan GT-R. Will Tesla take another scalp or will the Hoonicorn finally put it in its place?

The current generation of the Audi R8 is living on borrowed time. Its V10 engine is one of the last of its breed, and as the world continues to enforce ever-stricter emissions regulations, the future of the V10-powered R8 has officially been confirmed today. In its 112 years on the market, Bugatti has been known for offering three important things: heritage, innovation and the finest craftsmanship. Its cars were always special in one way or another and always offered never-before-seen levels of personalization.

Today however, Bugatti announced it will take one step forward with the launch of a new bespoke customization program: "Sur Mesure". The name itself - "sur mesure" is the French word for tailored - describes what the program will be all about: offering even more customizable supercars.

With 1,479 horsepower under the hood, the Bugatti Chiron is far from being the most powerful supercar in the world. In fact, when compared to supercars like Lotus Evija (1,972 horsepower), Rimac Nevera (1,914 horsepower) or even the Hennessey Venom F5 (1,817 horsepower) you could say that the Chiron lost the battle. Still, it is on the top list of the most powerful, fastest supercars in the world. But, does it really deliver the amount of power claimed by Bugatti?

When Ferrari launched the Roma back in 2019 we were impressed by its looks. The small front-engined, 2+2 grand tourer based on the Portofino looked like no other Ferrari in the lineup and was ready to take on the competition. If you ask us, the Roma is a supercar that needs no improvement. But of course, there are people out there who do not agree. This is the case with the German tuner DMC who now only improved the looks of the Roma, but also found a way to put more power under the hood.

Hoonigan has been staging some of the craziest drag races, seen on YouTube. As part of the channel’s “This vs That” series, we now get “Hoonicorn vs the World” – a series of drag battles, where Ken Block’s teenage daughter – Lia Block – who is only 14, rocks the 1,400-horsepower Mustang, known as the Hoonicorn. In the previous episode, Lia Block raced an NHRA C6 Corvette and now, she’s going up against a Hoonicorn-inspired, 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta twin-turbo.

Ever since the fifth-generation Ford Mustang was launched back in 2015, the muscle car proved itself of being quite a successful race car. During its six-year lifetime, the current Mustang won many racing series, putting the Chevrolet Camaro in second place.

Ford announced the next-generation Mustang GT Gen3 Supercar at Mount Panorama, right before the 2021 Bathurst 1000. Both the Mustang Supercar and the Camaro did a series of display laps during the race before getting ready for an intense testing session throughout 2022.

When you talk about a supercar taking on a family SUV, you know who would win. But, when the SUV in question is a 640-horsepower Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, things aren’t so obvious anymore. ‘Carwow’ uploaded a video of a Lamborghini Huracan Performante taking on a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT and a surprise star next, which is a tuned Nissan GT-R.
